1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 666g ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered at 666g. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or engaging with any feature of the 666g platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms.

666g reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, except where changes are required urgently due to regulatory, legal, or security reasons — in such cases changes may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from a translated version of these Terms, the English-language version shall prevail.

666g operates as an online gambling and sports betting platform serving adult players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. 666g does not accept accounts from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify that online gambling is lawful in their location before using the platform.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on the 666g platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT amount held in a player's 666g wallet, including deposited funds and credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentive amounts credited to a player's account by 666g.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, or Mastercard, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be played through before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the 666g website, mobile web interface, and all associated services accessible at 666g.bio.

2 Account Registration

To use the real-money features of 666g, players must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration is free and open to eligible players who meet the requirements set out in these Terms.

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 666g strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement. Accounts identified as belonging to individuals under 18 will be closed immediately and all balances returned.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must be a human individual. Corporate entities, automated bots, scripts, or software agents are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not have a pre-existing 666g account that was closed for a breach of these Terms or a self-exclusion that remains active.

2.2 Registration Requirements

During registration you will be required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number registered in your name, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one 666g account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity information, different identity information, or a combination of both — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 666g reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

666g reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following any account activity that triggers an internal compliance review. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladesh. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in account suspension.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 666g will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 666g support immediately at [email protected].

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 666g platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 666g does not charge platform-side processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though individual payment providers may apply their own network fees outside of 666g's control.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• bKash — Instant deposit; withdrawal processed within 30 minutes under normal conditions.
• Nagad — Instant deposit; withdrawal processed within 30 minutes under normal conditions.
• Rocket — Instant deposit; withdrawal processed within 60 minutes under normal conditions.

• Dutch-Bangla Bank — Same-day deposit; withdrawal processed within 24 hours on business days.
• Visa / Mastercard — Subject to card issuer processing times; withdrawal to card within 3–5 business days.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on 666g is ৳200. Maximum single deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Players who have set voluntary deposit limits via the responsible gaming tools will have those limits applied at the cashier level regardless of the standard maximum.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements.
• Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before completing wagering will result in the Bonus Funds and associated winnings being forfeited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• 666g reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

666g maintains strict compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. Deposits must represent funds belonging solely to the account holder. 666g reserves the right to suspend accounts, freeze balances, and report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities where there is reasonable cause to suspect that a player is using the platform to launder funds or finance illegal activities. Depositing funds without intent to wager ("chip dumping") is prohibited.

4 Bonus Policy

666g offers a range of promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general bonus rules set out here. Where conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds credited to a player's account are subject to a Wagering Requirement unless the specific promotion states otherwise. The Wagering Requirement applicable to a bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion description before the player opts in. Wagering progress is tracked in real time within the player's account bonus dashboard, displayed as a remaining BDT playthrough amount.

4.2 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager staked toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%) or may not contribute at all. The contribution rate for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• 666g reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the player opting in, without prior notice.
• Players who request a withdrawal before meeting the applicable Wagering Requirement will have all associated Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings removed from their balance before the withdrawal is processed.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date, after which unused Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from those funds will be removed from the account balance. Expiry periods are specified in the individual promotion terms. Standard bonus expiry is 30 calendar days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated.

5 User Obligations

By accessing and using the 666g platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times.

5.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent closure of your account:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Using any form of automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or mechanical device to place wagers, access the platform, or gain any advantage over the standard player experience.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or exploiting insider information in relation to any sports betting market.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematically exploiting bonus terms in ways not intended by 666g, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the 666g platform, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Using the 666g platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive behaviour toward 666g staff members or other players.

5.2 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling is a recreational activity that carries financial risk. You accept sole responsibility for all wagers placed on your account. 666g is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity. You agree to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.

6 Age Restriction

At registration, every player must confirm that they are 18 years of age or older by ticking the age declaration checkbox. This declaration is logged with a timestamp and forms part of the player's account record. Providing a false age declaration is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable Bangladesh law.

In addition to the registration declaration, 666g conducts documentary age verification (as part of the standard KYC process described in Section 2.4) for all accounts. Players who are unable to confirm their age through the documentary verification process will have their accounts suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

If 666g identifies, through any means, that an account belongs to a person under the age of 18, the account will be immediately closed. All real-money funds deposited to the account will be returned to the originating payment method. Any winnings accrued on the account will be voided. The matter will be reviewed by the 666g compliance team and, where required by applicable law, reported to relevant authorities.

7 Responsible Gaming

7.1 Available Self-Management Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

8 Account Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Any player may request the voluntary closure of their 666g account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, 666g will process any pending withdrawal of Real Money Funds to the originating payment method within 5 business days. Active Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings will be voided at the time of closure unless the applicable Wagering Requirement has already been met in full.

8.2 Closure by 666g

666g reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, match-fixing, or money laundering.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (see Section 8.3).
• Self-exclusion request by the player.
• Court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority.

Where an account is closed by 666g due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account — including Real Money Funds — may be withheld pending the outcome of an internal investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, outstanding Real Money Funds will be returned. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of breach-related closure.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is classified as inactive if no login has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. 666g will notify the account holder via their registered email address 30 days before the inactive account policy takes effect. If no login occurs following the notification, 666g may charge an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month against the dormant balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing any pending KYC requirements.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 666g platform — including but not limited to the 666g brand name, logo, website design, graphics, typography, software, game interfaces, text, and multimedia content — is the intellectual property of 666g or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 666g platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not confer any ownership rights over any content, software, or intellectual property on the platform.

The following uses are strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of 666g:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any content from the 666g platform.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the platform.
• Using any 666g trademark, brand name, or logo in any commercial or promotional context.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data from the platform through automated means.

Game titles and their associated branding (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of their respective developers. 666g hosts these titles under licence and makes no ownership claim over them.

10 Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666g expressly disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of access to your account, technical failures, or data loss.

10.1 Platform Availability

666g makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical latency at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. 666g will not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

10.2 Third-Party Services

The 666g platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank), game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi), and data feed suppliers. 666g is not responsible for any failure, delay, error, or data breach originating from these third-party systems. 10.3 Gambling Losses

Gambling on 666g involves real financial risk. You acknowledge that losses are a possible and foreseeable outcome of gambling activity. 666g accepts no liability for any gambling losses sustained through use of the platform, provided that all games were operating correctly and in accordance with their published rules and RTP parameters at the time the loss occurred.

10.4 Force Majeure

666g shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond 666g's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications infrastructure failures, government orders, power outages, or acts of cyberterrorism.

11 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of fair dealing and good faith. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 666g platform shall first be submitted to the 666g customer support team for informal resolution. 666g aims to resolve all player disputes within 10 business days of a formal complaint being lodged via email at [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration before an independent arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place at a venue agreed between the parties or, failing agreement, via a written/online procedure.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law. These Terms do not affect any statutory rights that you may have which cannot be waived or excluded by contract.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
